These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Syno website and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Syno

Syno ("we," "us," or "our") is a short-form video production service operated from the United States. We connect creators with brands and handle scripting, editing, coordination, and delivery of video content.

These Terms apply to all visitors, creators, clients, and users of our website or services.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations
  • infringe the rights of others
  • interfere with the operation or security of the site
  • misuse forms, applications, or contact methods

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any misuse.

3. Services

Syno provides content production and coordination services only. We do not guarantee:

  • views
  • engagement
  • sales
  • conversions
  • virality
  • advertising performance

Specific terms related to services, pricing, deliverables, revisions, and payment are governed by separate written agreements (such as Client Services Agreements or Creator Services Agreements).

4. Creator & Client Relationships

Creators and clients who work with Syno do so as independent contractors or customers, not employees, partners, or agents of Syno.

Nothing on this website creates an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Website Content
All content on this website (including text, logos, branding, and design) is owned by Syno or licensed to us and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

b. User Submissions
Any materials you submit through forms or applications may be reviewed internally for business purposes. Ownership and usage of submitted content is governed by applicable written agreements.

6. Payments

Payments for Syno services are governed by applicable written agreements and invoices. Syno reserves the right to:

  • require payment in advance
  • pause services for non-payment
  • reject or cancel services at its discretion

All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

Our website or services may reference or integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Brex, analytics tools). Syno is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Syno makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Syno shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Syno's total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to Syno for the applicable services

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syno from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or breach of any agreement with Syno.

11. Privacy

Your use of the website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

12. Changes to These Terms
